I. Object of the draw

1. To be drawn is the residence, your own business (5 holiday homes), two all road cars and a building plot (see "reward" in the Main Menu). The property is registered in the Property Register of Almería (Spain), book 519, page 179 under the number 41.087.

2. The presently recorded mortgage will be cleared simultaneously with the transfer of property to the winner in the Property Register of Almería (Spain). The property will be transferred free and clear of any encumbrances.


II. Notary and lawyers:

1. The winner number will be coincidental with the Cypriot Lottery number of this day. Anyway, all the process will be under  strict control of lawyers.

The property transfer according to the registration of the winner will be executed by the Spanish Notary:

2. The proceeds from the sale of the tickets will be credited on a special bank account of the organizer Solucion Life Ltd, under legal control.


III. Contractual terms:

1. Both natural persons and corporate bodies are admitted. Natural persons have to be of legal age at the time of the draw (being 18 years old) and legally responsible.

2. The participation in the drawing is exclusively possible through the web site provided by Solucion Life Ltd. The legally binding personal information to be provided at the time of purchase of the drafts includes last name, given name, country, phone number and e-mail address as well as the number of tickets required.

3. The participant is responsible for the correctness of the personal, bank and credit card data provided.

4. For each lot purchase there will be a  number attributed. After the completed draw, the notary will be able to establish the winner based on this information.


IV. Settlement by Credit Card

1. The tickets is/are valid after completion of the settlement/ verification process and the reception of the lot number.

2. The lot numbers will be sent by e-mail after completion of the settlement/ verification process.


V. Payment by Paypal:

1.You can choose this option based in the security payment of Paypal.

VII. Number of lots

49,999 numbers will be sold, whereby participants may purchase any tickets (Obviously. One ticket, one number).

VIII. Lot number allocation

The allocation of the lot numbers occurs randomly, i.e. a number from 10.001 to 59,999. Therefore there will be a 5-digit number issued for every TICKET purchased. The amounts paid in are handled and administered by Solucion Life Ltd, under legal control of the lawyers.

As the Cypriot National Lottery issues lots from 00.000 to 99.999 in each draw, to settle the winner number we will be as over:

Case One: The winner number will be the coincident with the Cypriot National Lottery of that day when the five figures of the number are the same exactly. For example:  25.345;

Case Two: If the first figure of the winner number of the Cypriot National Lottery of that day were: 0, 6, 7, 8, 9, the winner number of the raffle would be the one that  coinciding its four last figures with the number of the Cypriot National Lottery, and would have its first figure calculated as over:

-Cypriot National Lottery first number: 0X.XXX---Winner Number: 1X.XXX
-Cypriot National Lottery first number: 6X.XXX---Winner Number: 2X.XXX
-Cypriot National Lottery first number: 7X.XXX---Winner Number: 3X.XXX

-Cypriot National Lottery first number: 9X.XXX---Winner Number: 5X.XXX

IX. Ticket price

The price for one ticket is 49€ (forty nine Euros), all included. 


X. Term of the draw

The public draw will take when all the tickets are sold in the same day of the Cypriot National Lottery. The rough estimated date is the 29th of july 2.010. The exact date of the draw will be published in this Web and all the participants will be notify by e-mail. If all the tickets hadn´t been sold at this first date, Solucion Life Ltd would settle  another date six months later.  


XI. Cancellation

In case of cancellation the paid in amounts will be returned to participants, by retaining a administrative fee of a maximum of 20 percent per ticket. The payment will be made inmediatly considering the payment method of each participant: for example if you have paid your ticket by credit card the organizer will credit your credit card account.

XII. Draw of the lots 

The Cypriot National Lottery is weekly, every tuesday. It is a public event. So we all, will have a hole guarantee of a clean and reliable process for the draw.  The results of the Cypriot National Lottery are published on Internet by the Cypriot Government.


XIII. Winner information

1. After the draw is executed the winner will be announced based on the registered data corresponding to the drawn number.

2. The winner's name will be published with the lot number. With the purchase of each lot, the participant agrees, in case that he is the winner, to have his personal data, eventually including his picture, published in the media.

3. The winner will be contacted by the notary based on the e-mail address and phone number provided.

4. Moreover the winner respectively his legal successor in interest will have a 30 days term, counting from the day following the draft, to accept the price. Should the notification procedure by the notary fail i.e. the winner fail to contact the notary, a new draw will take place within 15 working days (always the same day of the Cypriot National Lottery).

XIV. Handover of the raffle prize

1. Within 30 working days after the winner contacted the notary, he will draft a legal document  to allow the winner to record the deed at property register in Spain.

2. The winner will have the opportunity to visit the property before accepting the draw.

3. The handover of the raffle prize is done without guarantee for a specific condition, a specific earning capacity, a specific size, location or constitution. The date of the certified signature of the property deed will be the effective date for the handover to the winner with the correspondent transfer of rights, obligations and risks.

XV. Costs and fees

All duties, costs and other tributes in relation with the draw and the transfer of ownership will be carried by the organizer.

XVI. Travel vouchers

1. Until the draw of the main prize 10 travel vouchers  (for two persons) will be handed out to the participants at a value of 4.000 Euro each.

2. The travel vouchers will be handed out when the predefined running number is met. The first will be for the participant number 5.000, then the 10.000 and so over with the 15.000, 20.000, 25.000 and so on. All winners will be published in this Web. 

3. The winner will be notified by e-mail. Cash out payment of the travel voucher won´t be possible.


XVII. Protection of data privacy

The registration and the settlement are carried out applying the current technologies over secure data links. All data from the participants will be protected according to the statutory regulations of data protection and will be deleted from the data processing equipment after the property transfer takes place.
