Where will the draw take place?

The draw will take place on Cyprus under the supervision of the lawyers PAPODOPOULOS, LYCOURGOS & CO. The exact location will be published in the web page and will be comunicated to all the participants by e-mail.

Why Cyprus?
Cyprus is a member state of the European Union and has a legal system based on that of England, so offers, therefore, a large amount of legal security. Also there are no restrictions for this type of raffle, as there are in Germany, Spain, Austria and other countries.

How long is the sales period?
The raffle will run until all 29,999 raffle tickets have been ordered and sold. The date will be comunicated to all participants by e-mail.

When does the raffle take place?
The raffle takes place within 14 days under legal observation, as soon as all 29,999 raffle tickets are sold.

Am I obliged to be present at the house draw?
No! The winner will be contacted by the lawyers based on the telephone number or the e-mail address provided.

How can I pay?
Bank transfer (prepayment) with IBAN number and BIC code, Credit card (VISA, MASTER CARD) and Paypal.

From when on is my raffle ticket valid?

After reception and verification of your payment your ticket/s becomes valid and you will receive an e-mail with your lot number. After successful completion of payment you will receive your running registration number to win a travel voucher according to the contractual terms.
The settlements are carried out applying the current technologies over secure data links.

What happens if not enough lots are sold?

In this unprobable case, all the tickets will be paid back deducting reasonable administrative fees according to the contractual terms (never more than 19% of the price ticket).

What are your chances to win?

If I win the house, what other costs do I have to cover (flight, legal costs, household costs, tax etc)?

There will be NO further costs to you. The main prize includes: Dream House + your own business (5 holiday homes to rent) + 2 all road cars + Fittings + Conveyancing Duties + Legal Costs + Land Registry Registration + Travel + 7 Days in a Hotel.

Is it possible to purchase raffle tickets directly?
Tickets can only be purchased on this webpage.

Who can participate?
Every registered buyer (individual or corporate entity) of a raffle ticket, who is at least 18 years of age, takes part in the draw for the luxury property and your own business described. Family members of the property owner, notary, lawyer and administration staff are prohibited from participating.

Why do we draw this property?
Due to the current economical situation it is presently hard to sell a property for a price around its appraisal value. The idea of a draw looked like an ideal and fair way to achieve this.

What if the property suffers any damage until the date of the draw, i.e. fire?
The house is adequately insured according to its value.

Who is the owner of this property?
The  owner is Porcher family, who has been working there for 7 years.

Is the raffle legal?

Yes, this type of raffle, in the context of a sweepstake/ marketing and sales campaign, is legal in Cyprus. The organizer is a cypriot company.

How are the travel vouchers given out?

The distribution of the travel vouchers takes place once the mentioned number of sold raffle tickets has been completed: participants 2.500, 5.000, 7.500, 10.000, 12.500, 15.000, 17.500, 20.000. 22.500, 24.999 and the last one. See "contractual terms" in the Main Menu.
